Incredibly impressive team - beginning with initial phone call to make appointment and carrying through for the duration of our visit. We met with internist, Dr. Mallery, for gastrointestinal issues our pup was experiencing. His assistant, Mariel, did the initial exam and history for Ellie and she was amazing - she had thoroughly reviewed Ellie’s records and the information I had provided prior to the visit so she was prepared for a discussion. Veterinary Specialty Hospital of North County staff were so accommodating of our big scaredy pup’s needs. Dr. Gagnepain explained all of the MRI results and spinal tap results very thoroughly and quickly. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Gagnepain if you need a Veterinary Neurologist.
The staff were amazing. The news was awful but they were so accommodating and kind. Dr. Pepper was great and we were able to find the best option for our family.
