10/10! I went in with 2 frames I had already and needed prescriptions, usually ANY place would charge an arm and a leg for this service. After a brief interaction Miguel, he gave me his honest expert opinion/excellent customer service along with an INCREDIBLE price(I’m still in awe). One week is all it took for both. Brought in my wife’s broken glasses that I could not fix at home. Miguel spent 15 minutes on them, fixed them and then handed to me free of charge! What customer service?! My family will be shopping here moving forward!
