I didn't want to leave a bad review. It's just frustrating that I make a special trip out here to get pool chemicals and about 5 times out of the 10 times I've been here I've had a problem. The staff is nice and helpful. Although they did load me up with a ton of chemicals that was super confusing and my pool was still growing algae. My pool service guy came and solved the problem in 1 visitI've come here 2 times and the person working was on break. The doors were locked in the middle of the day. I came another couple times and they could not do any sales because the computers were downI've come here today to find out they are out of chlorine. It's just let down after let down. I'm trying to do business with your store and your management is making it really hard. I'll be going to find another way to get my pool stuff now. I can't waste another drive out here.

i had to come here to get few spa products and i also had few questionspatrick the store clerk was very nice and did not try to sell me the kitchen sink.he found the couple things i needed and i was on my way.

I recently took my pool vaccum to Leslies because it kept wrapping the hose up and was unable to go around like it should. Brian was so polite and profesional with us. A stellar individual who has helped us on several other ocasiones too. He has lots of experience working on Hayward products. He does what he tells us he will do. Thanks Brian
