We are so happy with our new pool from Zier Pools! The best part was our guy Tim Brown- he was our contact at Zier from the very first interaction all the way through every step of the process through to completion. During one of our first meetings, Tim designed a super cool 3D rendering of our pool and made all of the changes we wanted to get the design just the way we wanted it. His communication was clear and constant, he gave us all the necessary information and explained anything we had questions about. Tim easily handled all the changes we made throughout the process and truly made everything seamless. Zier also dealt with all of the permitting and inspections, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We cannot recommend Zier Pools (or Tim specifically) more!
This was our first venture into building a pool, and we could not be happier. From the first meeting with Matt Bagby, we knew we were in good hands. He walked us through the entire process, he was honest and up front from the start, and was reliable and present throughout the entire build. All project managers should be this hands on and involved in their work. Matt's efforts truly earned Zier Pools a top notch, 5-star review. He was even available for texts and calls at all hours and weekends. Building a pool can be a daunting task, and a costly one. So you want to be sure you're picking the right company and the right guy to work with to guide and navigate you through it all. From beginning to end, Matt was there for us. We recently had our pool completed and cannot say enough about how happy we are with our pool and Zier. Our contact was Gerry and he was amazing throughout the entire process. The communication was great, even with my constant texting, he always got right back to me and was very patient with my many questions. Our pool turned out even better than we had imagined. It's absolutely gorgeous. They also did our concrete and artificial turf, which both turned out great! I recommend that anyone looking to build a pool contact Zier first.
