Their team, including Nathan, does a fantastic job of keeping pools clean and chemicals balanced. They are also skilled in repairs, able to fix problems correctly and extend the life of equipment. With their honesty, kindness, and attentiveness, it's no wonder customers remain loyal to CCC Pool Service for years.
We have been happy customers of CCC for over 10 years. Larry's vast knowledge of the many models and manufacturers of pool equipment and how they interact has been invaluable in keeping our aging pool equipment running smoothly. He is an expert and can quickly diagnose and fix any problems we have - he has even patiently walked us through issues over the phone. He's pretty impressive with his pool knowledge. Our weekly technician, Monty is friendly and flawless in keeping the perfect chemical balance in our pool. Prior to using CCC, we had another local pool service and had frequent problems with water turning green and our young kids at the time getting frequent ear infections from dirty water. Every time we had an issue, the company would say we weren't running the filter enough, or brushing down pool walls enough, or the weather that year was crazy causing many pool problems. I finally took a water sample to Leslies pool supplies and they said the chemical balance was way off and our pool guy wasn't doing a good job. We parted ways with first pool service and found CCC and haven't had a problem since! Highly recommend CCC for solid & dependable service!
Great service. CCC pools has been maintaining my pool since the beginning of summer. I needed a couple of repairs and they charged me exactly what they quoted and the repair was done correctly. I am very pleased with this company. My weekly service man is doing a terrific job. Highly recommend.
CCC Pool Services is fantastic. Any time we call wirh a question or issue they respond quickly. Our pool heater was flooded recently We assumed we needed a new heater - a large expense we did not plan on. CCC Pool was able to replace a part and got it back running which extended the life of our old heater. Larry is attentive kind, and honest. Fair pricing and great service is why we remain loyal to CCC Pool Services For the past 8 years
