I love going to this place theres this really pretty girl named vanessa st the front desk she always makes me feel good she smiles and checks you in and when u leave she says have a good day shes truly professional and awesome and she deserves a raise if u ask me i love the sauna and i love how close it is to my house they also have punching bags that no onr ever uses so i bring my gloves and get my cardio done that way... they got great machines but my favorite part is checking in eith vanessa who is really really awesome kind and professional 👏 😀

I go to this location mainly because it's the closest to my house and is convenient, although I also use the Aliso Viejo and started using the San Marcos location. This location is much smaller and it seems like it takes a long time to get equipment fixed, which can be an issue when there is only a couple of them, available.

Pretty clean location I just don't understand other than taking showers what any of the people here are actually accomplishing it would be completely and utterly impossible for me to work out in any meaningful way with so many people and every single one of them sitting on a machine playing on instagram
