The other three estimators did not get up on the roof to inspect or measure. They relied on satellite images.

In March I contracted with C39 Roofing to upgrade two vintage skylights. The originals were warm underneath in the summers and cold during the winters. Due to their non-standard sizes, new framing needed to be created. Fidel’s crew was able to complete that complicated installation and I waited until now to rating the skylights. I’m delighted to discover that my living room remains at least 15 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, even on the hottest of triple-digit days.
