“I had a very positive first experience here and got a therapeutic massage. The massage therapist was very professional and highly skilled, and I appreciated them asking if the pressure was too much or not enough. The rooms are really nice and the massage bed was gently heated, which was a really nice touch. I particularly liked the sustainability features highlighted throughout the building too. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when I showed up for my 10:30am appointment, the door was still locked at 10:30am and that caused me to doubt for a minute if I was at the right place or if I would have to reschedule. Someone came a few minutes later though and they were ready for me, so I think the front desk person was just late that day. I also paid for a 50-minute massage and I don't think the massage was a full 50 minutes. Based on the late start and what time I got out it was more like 40 minutes. But overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality professional massage and wellness services.“
