Went here after a jiu-jitsu injury. Friend of mine recommended. Jessica was great! Told her where I was hurting/sore and she focused on those areas, making sure the pressure was adequate, while not causing discomfort. Friendly staff and calm environment.
Great massage! After driving 5 hours the day after a tough training day in the weight room, I was a mess. My masseuse was amazing. Worked on my knots until they were gone or significantly smaller. I would definitely recommend and would stop in again when I’m in the area!
