“I had the pleasure of getting an amazing facial from Kasleigh. It was such a relaxing experience! She took care of me from the minute I walked in until I left. I am pregnant so she also made sure to use all pregnancy safe products on me! The room was clean, had relaxing music playing and my treatment ended with THE most amazing facial massage (I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed). “First ever massage and certainly will not be the last. Was brought in by the receptionist and informed about the amenities. Was fortunate to have the entire spa to myself. There's complimentary toothbrushes, shower caps, plastic baggies for wet garments, towels, hair dryer etc. Outdoor hot tub area is private and beautiful. Waiting area has regular chairs and lounge chairs where you can sip on mimosa, tea, or some juice. Massage with Ashley was phenomenal. Felt all the teacher stress melt away. “I see Dr. Olivia Valdez at Pacific Natural Medical Center for menopause-related symptoms and nervous system regulation following significant, compound trauma. Dr. Valdez listens in a way that feels both medical and deeply attuned. She takes in the whole picture, not just symptoms. In a single visit, she helped me safely discontinue prescription weight loss medication and transition to targeted supplements that have made a real difference in my weight, anxiety, and sleep. I have never felt this calm in my life. For the first time in a long time, it feels like I have traction.

The space itself is also worth noting. The rooms feel more like a thoughtful office than a clinical exam room, which makes a difference when you’re doing this kind of work.

Finally, it is rare to find a provider who truly takes women’s health and nervous system regulation seriously. Dr. Valdez does.

I had a massage with Vince and it was amazing! He really listened to my concerns and focused on my hip pain, and I left feeling so much relief. It was both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. “I have been a member here for 6 years and my whole family loves it! Tennis is top notch, great pro's, beautiful courts, lots of clinics. (They even have Pickleball courts and clinics). The pools are beautifully maintained (they have an adult only jacuzzi too). The massage staff is fantastic, the club staff are very friendly and always helpful. The food is yummy. There is an upper deck to observe the courts and hang out. That has plenty of heaters and fire pits, comfy patio furnuture, lots of live music and fun, social events. The grounds are super lush with beautiful plants. It's a little slice of paradise, where it's mostly always sunny with its own microclimate. Good job Nancy and crew!“

“I visited Ritual for the first time this past weekend and am already looking forward to my next visit. I chose the Luxe Brow & Soothing Mask Treatment with Fawn. I had a few questions prior to the appointment and Heather was great about throroughly and patiently addressing my concerns. My appointment was with Fawn and she was not only extremely talented (my brows have never looked better in my life) but she was also wonderful to chat with while also maintaining a very calm and relaxing experience. Basically, 10/10. I had a great time, my brows and skin look better than they have in years and I'm glad to have found such a great local place. If you're considering a treatment for yourself or as a gift, go for it! I really loved it.“

Hosts are kind and knowledgeable. Massage, steam, exercise room are all included with night stay. Gluten free breakfast. Lots to do in the area. Kayaks and bicycles are available. I enjoy the quiet and the view.“
