We have used G&S a few times and every time we are impressed with the quality of the service and the very fair price. They are responsive, on time, and very thorough. They have serviced our refrigerator twice and today our washer. They also gave me great advice regarding my dishwasher. Thank you guys!!

Excellent warranty service for a Panasonic microwave. I dropped it off on one day and they called me the next, and said it was fixed. The tech was very pleasant and explained to me what the problem was in the microwave and how he fixed it. Granted, if they had to wait for parts, it probably would have taken more than one day. Service can't get any better than this.

Excellent customer service! The precaution and regard for my appliances and home was unprecedented. I needed my Bosch dishwasher repaired. Clint was knowledgeable and efficient and was able to make the repair on the same day as the diagnosis. Additionally, when I asked him to take a look at my oven broiler while he was there he made that repair as well. He easily could have said he didn't have time and charged for a separate service call another day. Initially I was a skeptical that I had to wait a few weeks for the diagnosis appointment but in hindsight it was beyond worth the wait. G&S is busy for reason, they take care of their customers.
