Jin! I'm not sure if he's the owner, he probably is! I came in because I broke the nylon strap on my Pilates bar and he fixed it for me! And it wasn't easy but he was very patient and worked with me! Like he WELCOMED the challenge. Mind you, the cleaners I went to before him (Best Cleaners by Sparky's - clearly not the Best) immediately turned me away. They didn't even try! I am so grateful for Jin for all the elbow grease he put into it! It meant so much to me to not have to purchase another Pilates bar. He took the strap off and triple sewed it and then put it back on. Mind you nylon is not stretchy so he had a little tool that he used to get it off and on. OH AND he...read full review
