West Coast Cleaners is a highly regarded dry cleaning establishment that consistently provides impeccable customer service. As an international visitor from Japan, the business expertly dry cleaned and hemmed the customer's garments within an exceptionally swift 48-hour timeframe, going above and beyond to expedite the requests. For many years, the cleaners have diligently served the dry cleaning needs of Union City residents, upholding standards of excellence and committed to superior customer service. Customers praise the staff, particularly "Aissa," for their willingness to accommodate special requests and provide same-day service. The clean, small-front shop offers a pleasant experience, and customers are happy to have found their new go-to spot for dry cleaning.
I needed a new dry cleaner spot. I found this little gem! I had the BEST experience here. The owner is so precious and the most hard working individual to come across. My clothes were so clean, not one spec of lint, which what I usually look for. Many dry cleaners in the area charge so much with below average results and horrible service. At westcoast the service is the amazing and the prices are fair. I’m so happy I found this gem! I recommend them!
I want to check in and express my absolute gratitude to the amazing team at West Coast Cleaning. I can only describe them as exceptional human beings. They went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent need for an attachment badge for my daughter's dance costume. I want to give you something more lasting than just words or money. Wishing you and your family all the best wishes
Superb service! Issa is very helpful and friendly. Blood stained on denim cotton dress completely removed. Amazing work! Thank you so much Ms. Issa. Will definitely return for more and share my experience with other friends and coworkers.
