JCI over charges for old equipment and quality of service is very poor. High interest rates on leases almost doubles your bill. Equipment installed was not correct. Installation was not completed correctly. I have had to call tech support 12x to get setting corrected. Some equipment was not installed but I was still charged. My recommendation DO NOT USE
