She listens to her client's concerns and customizes her massage therapy approaches to the the client's needs. I have significant musculoskeletal strain and tension issues involving my upper and lower back, neck, shoulders and occasionally lower extremities. I am a recurring customer every 4 weeks and she always adjusts her massage approach after checking in with me re: the current problem areas that I am dealing with that day. Her techniques for me include deep tissue massage / Swedish / shiatsu with elements of acupressure and cupping. Each visit after seeing her, I feel significantly better for a longer duration of time than with other therapists whom I previously tried. “hi my name is Mindy and I live like basically two doors down and they are the nicest people. David is wonderful. He’s got the strongest hands and every technician has a different thing you know but they’re just they’re just the sweetest. I feel like I’m at home. He really got the kinks and when you get these massages sometimes you feel nauseous afterward and they said that’s the toxins getting out of your body. What would you like but David has the strongest hands ever he’s great and Leo is the nicest sweetest guy and the wife is so sweet , just a cozy quiet peaceful place. I can’t say enough please folks check this out. It’s one of those places that’s tucked away that nobody really knows about but I remember I recommend it. “Once I discovered Thai massages, I can’t go back to “regular” massages ever again. I’ve only had this RSM experience as my reference point (I’ve been back at least 6 times) and one time in Chicago. It’s sooo good for getting knots out and stretches. I used to get 60 minutes full body but it always felt too short for me (never wanted it to end!) and now I get 90 minutes, which is perfect. If you’re not exposed to Thai massages (at least at this place), you lay on a mattress on the floor. There’s beams on the ceiling and the massage therapists step on your back and use their feet to massage. You can ask for various pressures. Then they transition to using their hands. The massage usually ends with some deep stretching. I’m a runner so I’ve recently been booking massages a few days after 15Ks or half marathons to work out my soreness and tightness, as I also love their stretching too. The room is nice, the atmosphere is professional, and the me massages always end with hot tea & pineapple in the lobby. I think it’s great value too! I always ask for medium pressure. Sometimes it could get “painful” but it’s soo relieving afterwards. I love coming here!! I booked another one after a July 4th 15K :) and thought to write a review!“
