“It's very unassuming, but it's a nice place! Making an appointment is easy, and all staff are very polite and tend to communicate very well.

One complaint that I have is a lack of ability to choose who my masseuse will be. I've gotten great massages and some not-so-great massages from this place. If I knew who was giving my massage and knew names, I'd know exactly who to ask for and always get quality service.

Don't let that one complaint deceive you. Sure, not all massages are equal, but generally, they're solid.

EDIT: You can ask for a specific masseuse, but considering most do not introduce themselves by name, it, is hard to know who is who unless you get a loyalty card; getting a loyalty card results in them writing their name down on the spot they just stamped.“

“This was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. They were able to get me in within an hour of me calling. The massage was exactly what I asked for, deep tissue with hard pressure and the stretching felt so good. The space is also decorated so beautifully and they gave tea and pineapple after the service. “Keiko is an Amazing and highly proficient massage therapist and wonderful human being. She is kind, caring , patient and diligent. She listens to her client's concerns and customizes her massage therapy approaches to the the client's needs. I have significant musculoskeletal strain and tension issues involving my upper and lower back, neck, shoulders and occasionally lower extremities. I am a recurring customer every 4 weeks and she always adjusts her massage approach after checking in with me re: the current problem areas that I am dealing with that day. Her techniques for me include deep tissue massage / Swedish / shiatsu with elements of acupressure and cupping. Each visit after seeing her, I feel significantly better for a longer duration of time than with other therapists whom I previously tried. “I had a phone consultation with Karen regarding a few issues that have been troubling me tremendously. I was hoping that I would be able to have an in person session with her, as I had grown rather desperate for my conditions which needed therapy, but she was not seeing clients during to the pandemic. She called me after receiving my email and asked me to share what was going on. I explained that I was having some knee pain and TMJ issues. Imagine my delight to learn that Karen had a number of recommendations on how I could relieve my issues. Karen demonstrates a great love and skill for sharing her expertise and helping to educate me about how to best prevent aggravation of my issues and how to take better care of my body moving forward. In that one call, I learned FAR MORE than I ever expected would come from a phone consultation. I am extremely impressed; not just by her expertise and knowledge in a variety of treatment approaches, but by her passion and love for helping others move away from unnecessary pain and back into a life of movement and ease. I am tremendously grateful to Karen! I thought I was out of options and required hands on work, but she had recommendations for methods and self-treatments that have been surprisingly effective!
