Great experience. I'm not very comfortable in MRI machines but Tech Bardia was a calming presence. He really walked me through the procedure and was very patient. I'm not sure if I would have been able to get through the exam without his calming and understanding attitude. They are very lucky to have him. Give that man a raise. Appreciate you Bardia.

I went to get my wrist scanned. Despite the wait, Bardia made sure that I was taken care of with clear instructions and consideration. Great tech in telling me the amount of minutes left of the scan and checked on me. Thank you for making my first MRI experience as smooth and easy as possible.

My experience at SimonMed for an MRI was great. However, their administrative side could be improved. My first appointment was cancelled by them the day before, because they did not have the technical personnel scheduled. Also, they made a mistake on my profile which they corrected after I called them.

The MRI process was excellent which is the reason for the five stars. Bardia explained everything to me prior to the procedure. Bardia was precise, informative and caring.

I am very claustrophobic so their open MRI was a great option. The process takes longer with an open machine, but it was well worth it. Bardia gave me a special pair of mirrored glasses...read full review
