Let’s start by saying that the building itself was like an abandoned run down dwelling. Not just needing paint, doors locked, old urgent care facility with tons of garbage, yellow tape.. just didn’t even look safe to be in… then I walked in after addressing three locked doors. Staff was friendly and waited my turn. When entering the MRI room I asked for a blanket because it was extremely cold. They told me know problem…however.. I asked 4 times before they left the room and they just started the MRI without giving me a blanket. I put my hand up to notify them. Great experience. I'm not very comfortable in MRI machines but Tech Bardia was a calming presence. He really walked me through the procedure and was very patient. I'm not sure if I would have been able to get through the exam without his calming and understanding attitude. They are very lucky to have him. Give that man a raise. Appreciate you Bardia.

I went to get my wrist scanned. Despite the wait, Bardia made sure that I was taken care of with clear instructions and consideration. Great tech in telling me the amount of minutes left of the scan and checked on me. Thank you for making my first MRI experience as smooth and easy as possible.
