Excellent and very professional staff. The lady at the A lobby Mary consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism. I have seen her three times during my visits here and she also works at my PCP clinic. Her communication is clear, respectful, and well-informed each time. My mom is spanish speaking only and although Mary does not speak spanish, she took the time to help my mom. I noticed everyone else standing at the desk is just being useless and asking her the questions. There needs to be more people with her compassion in this world. Other doctors and nurses were extremely knowledgable. ED wait times can be long.

I had some major physical and mental health issues. The staff was great! I realize the physicians and nursing staff are very busy. However, I never once felt I was being ignored. They assessed my needs and handled them promptly. Never once did they come across as being rude or irritated with me. I wish we had a facility like this in Santa Maria. Thank you!

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my son has received at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Rehabilitation. From the very beginning, the nurses and staff have treated him with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
The nurses have been attentive day and night, always checking on him and making sure he is safe and comfortable. Their dedication and genuine care have brought our family so much peace of mind during this difficult time.
The food and nutrition provided have also been excellent, helping support his recovery. Every member of the team has shown patience, respect, and a true commitment to their patients.
