Booking the appointment was easy. Miguel, the service technician, was on time, polite, and did a good job performing maintenance on our two AC units.
My concern is pricing. Maintenance was $180 per unit, or $360 total. They found one capacitor that needed replacement and initially quoted $295. I declined and instead bought the $25 capacitor myself at Home Depot; Miguel installed it at no charge.
The upstairs system was also low on refrigerant. They charged $159/lb for R-410A and added 3.5 lbs, for $556.50. Total bill: $916.50. Miguel was here for about 90 minutes.
Good service, but I think their prices run high.
I’m very happy with this company. I got an estimate directly from the owner who was very down to earth and not pushy at all. His prices to give me a new furnace and heat pump were much better than two other estimates I received. I am very happy with their work and my house is nice and cool now. Just in time haha.
We called Therma Tech to see if they could come out to take a look at our air conditioner that quit working on one of the hottest days of the summer. They were able to send a service tech out the next morning - and the technician was able to locate the problem and fix the broken parts in a matter of minutes. Very happy with the service - we called other companies first - but none of them could come out for several days. Will definitely call them again!
