I just want to express my gratitude to Air Care Heating and Cooling staff for the excellent service they provided me for the installation of a new water heater.I discovered early one morning, the household was without hot water service, due to my 10-year old water heater leaking from the bottom. My initial call to Chris at Air Care got an immediate attention. Advisor Roberto was assigned to the task and came out at noon the same day to diagnose problem. It was no surprise that a new water heater would be required. James is awesome, he quickly figured out the issue with our heater. He also communicates well with our landlord and seems like a really nice guy. Furthermore, he is good with dogs.. a nice quality to have for someone who goes in other people’s houses!
