Eric was extremely competent and thoughtful. Our HVAC system was leaking water on the garage floor and ruining some boxes we had stored there. He figured out that the drain pipe was overloaded because it shared the drainpipe with our water heater. He offered 3 solutions, but the most cost effective one was to install a demand pump to assist draining the condensate from the HVAC and any overflow from the water heater through the drainpipe. He kept us apprised of his progress and any delays.
Juan Reyes worked at our home replacing our furnace ducts in our attic on July 19, 2023. He was amazing! He worked tirelessly from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. He chose to stay until his job was completed.
