Arrived on time, did the work on the roof and behind the dryer as needed, and spotted an issue with an inadequate flange on the wall that he fixed for a modest additional charge.Not all the companies in Yelp are willing to work on the roof, so ask first if this is your ducting arrangement. Dennis was happy to do so, even on a hot day. Friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend.“

“I saw a post about this company and saw that he did gutter cleaning, window washing, solar panels and roof cleaning. I gave them a call. They were able to come out in two days. I have a two story house in Tracy, they are out of San Jose. They did a great job! They even offered to haul away any junk I had and take it to the dump. I had my roof cleaned, which it needed badly from the heavy winds that come through Tracy bringing all that dirt. Windows, sun screens, gutters and they power washed my back yard concrete, driveway and walkways. Also they cleaned the exterior walls of my house.My neighbors on both sides of me were impressed as well and hired them to do their houses as well. Hector is a very caring guy and wants you to be happy with their work. Great Job!“

“Just had our third visit from Super Girl, and I want to let everyone know how wonderful they are. First, they clean my house better than I can! I don't know what cleaning products they use, but my home smells so clean and fresh after they finish. Second, they are reliable. Third and most importantly, they don't damage my house! Seems like a silly thing to praise, but I fired my last cleaners because I started noticing scratches on my wood furniture, or a chip in the counter. A dropped soap dish that shattered. “I got Qualiclean to get deep cleaning done for my single family home. I got the quote over the phone and Maria was able to give me an appointment over the weekend to make sure we meet our move-in timelines. The crew arrived on time, cleaned the house, and professionally accomadated all our requests. We are very happy with the clean up and services offered.I would like to add that the quote provided over the phone was based on an hourly rate. The approximate quote was for about 4 hours of work, but 3 hours into the job the work was barely 50% done. We ended up negotiating with the supervisor to make sure they give us a flat rate for the complete job irrespective of the total number of hours. The supervisor was supportive and honored the flat rate to get the work completed.I highly recommend Qualiclean for cleaning services. In retrospective .. I will get an in-person quote & finalize a flat rate before the appointment.“
