HOLY MOLY!! Ross is brilliant and so honest! I'm never going to lose his number. After my furnace broke, HVAC Gurus came out and after two hours of diagnostics told me that I needed a new board and even if I replaced it - that was not guaranteed to fix my problem because once the bad board gets replaced then they might be able to find something else not working. So they recommended replacing the furnace. A board would cost $1,000 and a new system $5,000. Thank god a friend told me to call Ross. If you're having problems with the heater in your home, I highly recommend calling Ross at South Bay Air in San Jose first. You'll be glad you did. His phone number is 408 440-1692 I had hired a different company first to fix our heater, and after them coming to our house 5 times over a month & replacing parts that cost me almost $700.00, they told me it couldn't be fixed, and I needed to buy a new heater from them. That's when I called Ross at South Bay Air. Ross came to our house and in 1 hour figured out what was wrong with our heater, fixed it & had it running like new. Like I said, if you're having problems with your heater, call Ross at South Bay Air in San Jose...read full review

Two of the...read full review
