Optometrist- Dr Jessica Q is very patient oriented and good at what she is doing. She looks young but she is actually experienced and very knowledgeable. She took time to examine my eyes and also looked into every area.
She is also very data oriented - and carefully examined and compared the prescription history in my annual visits. For someone- who has been having a number of retina complication and medical diagnosis impact, I feel very comfortable to go to her for any advice. I highly recommend Dr Jessica Q. Vision Optometry has been extremely disappointing to deal with. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and was promised a specific pick-up date, but they failed to deliver on time. Even worse, no one bothered to call or update me when the sunglasses were ready. I had to reach out multiple times myself, only to be given false or conflicting dates. The lack of communication and reliability from this place shows poor customer service. I expected a professional experience, but this has been frustrating.
I keep coming back for years because of Angie. She's great and always willing to help. I keep having issues with my glasses, but Angie goes her way and always delivers to my satisfaction! Angie is a Keeper!!!!!
