Docking a star for the experience with the front desk staff. They gave me a look when I don’t want to purchase contact lenses from the office or pay extra to change to a new type of lens. Of course there is no pressure to purchase from here, but it makes me feel bad when I don’t.
Nonetheless, I’ve continued to come here yearly for my annual check up and don’t have plans to change offices.
Dr. Kao is the best O.D. I have ever seen in Bay Area. After visiting Dr. Kao around 20 years ago, I have never switched to another O.D. My myopia is very poor and complicated. Dr. Kao patiently checks my vision and prescription each time, and give me the best vision and acuity. I highly recommend Dr. Kao, especially to those people with high myopia.
