I had an appointment on a day that the Chiefs had food brought in for their clinic staff - it was great to see that they care for their staff as much as their staff care for their patients, and this truly shows with the great quality of care that I receive whenever I go to Bay Area Community Health. I believe that they are doing incredible work as they constantly aim to improve my quality of life as well as those that make up my community.
I came to Bay Area Community Health after hearing great things from a friend and they exceeded expectations. Right off the bat, their staff was very friendly/helpful and my Provider provided great, quality care. Overall, Bay Area Community Health displays exceptional health and social services and I couldn’t recommend them more.
Whenever I come in for my appointments, my Provider really takes the time to help and make sure sure that I fully understand everything that is happening with me. There have been times that I had to wait (this has been improving a lot lately!), but even when this happened, the staff is always very communicative and keeps me informed the whole time. I truly feel supported and respected as a patient and I love what Bay Area Community Health is doing for the community!
