We did a ~$15k job in fixing up our house before putting it on the rental market. Positives: - High quality work - Ability of doing *everything* that you possibly could think of. Zach is super knowledgeable - Good and responsive communication Negatives: - Unreliable timelines, it's possible our experience is an outlier as we contracted Strongman during a very busy period of the year - Intransparent T&M, ended up being a lot costier than we had anticipated with questionable backing behind the charges Overall, we would use them again but only against a fixed price and only in a situation where we could be flexible on the timeline.
