We had a broken fill valve in our toilet. Water was not filling in the tank - needed urgent help and fix. I got Javier/ Castle Plumbing recommendation from a friend. Sent him a text at 10pm on Monday night. Javier replied immediately. He asked for a photo of the tank, came with the parts the next morning and replaced the valve in 30 mins. I am very impressed with his response time on text messages, figuring out the issue, coming prepared with all the parts. He texted me when he was enroute, polite, clean, speaks great english. I highly recommend him and Castle Plumbing for future plumbing jobs. I cannot Thank Him enough.
I have used Castle Plumbing on several occasions and have been very happy each time. I had a long list of jobs when prepping my house for rental. Everything was completed without issue or re-quotes. Jose and his brother Javier work together to perform plumbing and contractor jobs. I have instructed my property manager to call them first when there are any issues to be repaired.
