The team at castle pumping was awesome! We were having a family reunion when our system started backing up and the Castle pumping team was out there in a few hours to pump the tank out on a Sunday. They showed us how to clean the filter, they were okay having an audience (everyone was curious what a tank looked like from the inside) and they were very professional. I will use Castle anytime I get the opportunity.
I had an emergency situation happen in the early evening hours yesterday 2/5/24, with the toilets suddenly overflowing, water backing up in the bath tubs, showers, sinks etc. I called Javier and he sent a crew out in 1 hour along with himself. They pumped my septic tank and snaked my main line at a very reasonable cost. They went above and beyond the call of duty after the usual working hours for most contractors and did not leave until my drainage was working properly. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve many more than that. I'll always call Castle from now on!
If you are looking for a trustee, reliable company that will take care of your septic and pluming needs Castle and Javier the owner, are the ones. I have not enough words to thank Javier and his team for the hard, professional work trying to slow down septic water flood into our property. The team came at 730pm (yes, after hours, winter rainy day - they indeed showed up). Couldn't be happier with the great service. Highly highly recommended.
