Randy and Chanel at RCV Plumbing are the real deal. Randy recently installed a tankless water heater at our home and ran into some manufacturing issues with the new unit — something completely out of his control. But rather than leaving us to figure it out, he came back three separate times to make sure everything was working properly.
What really stood out was when he showed up at 5pm on a Friday to ensure we had hot water going into the weekend. That’s not just good service — that’s someone who genuinely cares about the customer. Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent and we always knew exactly what was going on.
