So bad! Font desk Vivian and 2 people working at the office are very rude and make it difficult for service members to come and pick up items. They were intentionally offensive and very unprofessional this morning. People are very busy for the work in weekday , but they are relaxed and unimportant. Be respectful of your work and that of others. My doctors and my children are amazing, different from the people I come into contact with o font desk.

The worst service , I keep giving the benefit of the doubt everytime I come in . But having to wait 40 MINUTES just to pick up glasses that THEY said was ready. Now they LOST the glasses and I have to wait another 5 weeks and get new ones for my son for school. What's the point of having a time to be there but seen an hour later ?? Literally tired of making appointments here .

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This clinic can't even give my elderly mother a walker for her to use we have been asking for over a month and even lied to us that they ordered it 3 times and we waited. Ended up my mother fell on the ground and broke an arm because of them. Don't go here wit your parents if they need real care. They won't do nothing for them, just lies. Even there desk receptionist told me there was no order for a walker ever. So just stay away from this clinic. I'm changing clinics to one that will care for my mother
