It had a large coffee or tea stain and multiple others said it would be impossible to remove fully. David and his team worked on it for days and tried three different times to remove the stain, while keeping communication with me, making sure I understood the risks of further treatment, and sending progress photos. At the end of their efforts, the garment is completely clean and I am able to wear it to my engagement. I am so happy and grateful to them!“

“I found C cleaners based off reviews for alterations. I took a few pairs of trousers for dry cleaning, alterations, and hem repairs. The alterations came out great and so did the hem repairs; however one of the pairs were dry cleaned and not hemmed. I took that pair and another pair to have the hem repaired - months later because LIFE.
Anyway, I returned and told the owner nicely what happened. She asked me to wait a min and came back with both trousers hemmed and insisted on me not paying. I told her that was not necessary. “Rainbow Cleaners is a professional in-house dry cleaner. Everything is cleaned at the location by Terry and his team. They are the most meticulous and reliable people, overseen by Terry, who is also the owner and manager. He does not use staples in any of the garments (which makes such a difference!) and nothing is trucked off to some warehouse in the East Bay. Terry is also incredibly trust worthy, as he keeps secure any thing he find in the pockets— one time my husband forgot cash in his blazer and there was more than $600 in the pockets —we did not even know!! —but Terry kept everything secure to give us when we came for pickup. The blazers and coats are put on oversized hangers with either large round plastic curves or soft foam on the shoulders of the hangers to support the shape and form of the blazer or coat shoulders — most other places just throw everything onto the cheapest wire hook hangers, which causes the blazers and coats to deform shape in the shoulder areas. These details matter so much to customers, and we are relieved that we have found a dry cleaner in San Jose who cares about our clothes as if they were his own! We had a very similar excellence dry cleaner for years in Cupertino, but when we moved to San Jose, we had to find a new location— so we are very pleased that we found Rainbow Cleaners!!!“
