C Cleaners & Alterations offers excellent service and pricing, making it a popular choice for customers needing alterations and cleaning. Many reviews highlight the fast turnaround, with items like pants being hemmed in under 15 minutes. The shop is noted for its clean and bright environment, and the staff demonstrates a high level of skill and attention to detail, especially with delicate items such as fur coats. Customers appreciate the friendly service and the ability to accommodate special requests, including same-day availability. However, some have mentioned that the weekday opening times can be misleading, as the shop may not open at the advertised 8 AM. Overall, C Cleaners & Alterations is highly recommended for anyone seeking quality alterations and cleaning services.
I found C cleaners based off reviews for alterations. I took a few pairs of trousers for dry cleaning, alterations, and hem repairs. The alterations came out great and so did the hem repairs; however one of the pairs were dry cleaned and not hemmed. I took that pair and another pair to have the hem repaired - months later because LIFE.
Anyway, I returned and told the owner nicely what happened. She asked me to wait a min and came back with both trousers hemmed and insisted on me not paying. I told her that was not necessary. I wanted the share this experience because their customer service is exceptional and this was not the first time I had experienced it. Thank You...read full review
Very good service and pricing! Have been using them for a while now. Only drawback is their weekday opening time. Have come by at 8:30 some mornings to find them not yet open. Google maps shows an 8 am opening time but that does not seem correct.
They are the best. Great service and seamstress work is terrific. Fair pricing and ready to help!
