Had a great experience here and would recommend this place to anyone. The price was more than fair, the clothes came out perfectly, and the customer service was somehow even better. Very kind people with excellent taste in music too!
I have no complaint regarding the laundry service provided by Michelle's Cleaners.
My complaint is the speed of delivery of the finished product. I was staying at the AC Marriott @ 1235 Bordeaux. The laundry slip clearly stated laundry would be returned by 1900hr (7p) the same day. Twice, I sent laundry out and each time, the finished product arrived well past 1900hr (7p). More like 2100hr (9p). Had my last laundry service arrived much later into the evening, Michelle's Cleaners would have had to DHL (at their expense) my finished laundry to me in Ecuador. I had an 0800 (8a) flight to start my journey home.
Michelle’s cleaners is amazing!! They saved my wedding dress and were able to clean the entire within 24hours (my tailor somehow got grease stains all over my dress 5 days before my wedding). The team were all so amazing and dealt with the urgency of the request with so much care and compassion. Thank you so much to Michelle and the entire team!
