For years, I've entrusted my shirts and dry cleaning needs to Diamond, and it's about time I share my positive experience. Their cleaning is excellent, with a thorough inspection of shirts that includes replacing missing or broken buttons. The pricing is reasonable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

This cleaners has always been a standard of excellence is San Jose, for dry cleaning. However now that the old manager has been dismissed, and new management has taken over directly from the owner. This is a much better establishment. Very professional and very conscientious. This is the only cleaners that I will bring my Brioni, and Gucci to be cleaned.

* Diamond agreed to try to remove some collar stains from about 15 Tommy Bahama hawaiian style shirts from my collection. * The shirts were a variety of fabrics, some of which were dry cleanable, some of which were washable - they showed the expertise to look at the shirt, fabric, laundering instructions, and to recommend how to best approach the cleaning. * They set my expectations about which shirts had a higher chance of success than the others. * I have received the first 3 shirts back - by and large, the cleaning was successful. * The people who helped me there were all super friendly and obviously cared deeply about providing the best cleaning service possible....read full review
