“The front desk person who checked me in was not welcoming. She asked my name and for my cards but never looked at me. I watched her do this with everyone she checked in. When giving me the iPad to fill out forms she just assumed I would know how to use it and it glitched but I chose to ask someone else for help.
The nurse and Joe Gorelick were wonderful! The nurse was friendly while asking me questions and informative as to wound care. Joe was also friendly and efficient. I would have liked to have him explain what he was doing as I was surprised when he gave me the numbing shot and wasn’t sure what he was doing to the thing on my back! “Dr. Yeh is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is a powerhouse of information and observations. She has made many unique remedies available as well as spot-on assessments of my skin conditions. I'm moving over to Stanford Healthcare to address my back. Surgery is required, and they are looking for a holistic approach to my healing (I assume). That requires most aspects of my health to be addressed by their physicians including their dermatologist. I'm still keeping my patient-doctor relationship intact with her since my appointments are only once a year.“
