De Anza Vision Center is highly praised for its professional and caring staff. Patients appreciate the thorough explanations and attentive listening provided by the doctors, especially Dr. Joo, who is described as very knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to her patients' well-being. She takes extra time to explain eye conditions and demonstrates a strong passion for her work. The staff is consistently helpful, answering calls promptly and offering assistance beyond scheduled appointments, such as fixing a lens for a customer without an appointment. Although some feel that the patient experience was better when Dr. Choy practiced, they still find Dr. Joo to be an excellent replacement. Overall, visitors feel confident in the care they receive and recommend De Anza Vision Center for its exceptional service and compassionate approach.
We’ve been going to De Anza Vision Center since my son was two years old, and we’ve always had such a great experience. Dr. Joo and her team are so kind, patient, and really know how to work with kids. They make eye appointments easy and stress-free—even fun—for little ones!
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. My son feels comfortable every time we go, which means a lot as a parent. You can tell they genuinely care.
If you’re looking for a great eye doctor for your child (or yourself!), I highly recommend De Anza Vision Center. They’re the best!
