The staff are friendly. We have been happy with our previous experience. I think they could do better on the waiting time, and we waited for an hour before we were able to see the eye doctor.

I called the office in Cupertino for my mom. The reception was professional and answer all my questions. They take medical too. Made an appointment. This morning I took my mom there. The doctor was very nice with a lot patience. Recommended to go there.
