I always have a great experience! Welcoming and friendly, making the drop-off process quick and easy. They always have my dry cleaning ready on time (often even sooner than expected), and everything comes back looking crisp and fresh. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and professional dry cleaning service!

We have been coming here for the past 2 yrs. This review is obviously long overdue. We brought our suits and night gown for dry clean, at least twice a month. We cannot complain with the results. The lady is always happy and willing to help. We even brought our pants/skirts for hemming. Good pricing, fast, reliable. One time, my boyfriend needed his pants hem on the same day, he was leaving on a business trip the next morning. We called around 3 pm on Saturday and The lady finished hemming by 5 pm. Eventho we live in downtown San Jose, we cannot find a reason to find other dry cleaner/ alteration service. This is our to go place!

I've used this dry cleaner a couple of times now. The first experience was fine, though it did take several days for pickup where as other cleaners are usually just 1-2 days. No biggy there. What really bothered me on my second visit was the pricing. I dropped off two shirts and she said "$5 dollars" so I was like, ok. Then as I'm about to leave she scratches it out and says "oh wait, that's wrong. It's $9 dollars". I'm thinking this is odd, like wouldn't you know the price for two shirts since that's a simple order? But, I just said "ok, thanks" and start to walk out. She yells to me "please bring cash" which I get, credit card fee's are expensive especially for a small business. I return 4 days later, on the day she said my shirts would be ready. I arrive, they are ready. She pulls out the ticket and crosses out the $9 dollars and says "oh I made a mistake, it's really $10 dollars". Now I put my food down and I said "look, is it $5, $9 or $10? Why does the price keep going up? I already had $9 on the counter, in cash, as she has requested. I couldn't believe the game she was playing. Reluctantly I put down another dollar and walked out. I just wanted to take the high road and avoid conflict, especially over a few bucks. I wont go back now. This isn't about the money --it's about trust and credibility. This business has exchanged $1 extra for a bad Yelp review. I hate speaking poorly in reviews as I know how hard small businesses struggle but this behavior is not that of a professional business. On a positive note, my shirts were cleaned to my expectation.
