EFREN replaced my 25 year old water heater the same 1/2 day when I called their Service Office phone number for an appointment. EFREN couldn't have been more courteous, professional and knowledgeable during my experience with him replacing my water heater. I had Ben Franklin Plumbing replace my sewer to the street and replumb all the drains under the house. They did a fantastic job. In particular the employees Javier, Takai and Armando worked tirelessly on the sewer and did it in one day. Their employees Dindi and Adrian replaced the pipes under the house with great energy and work ethic. Everything was accomplish in one day and all were very professional and friendly. I high recommend Ben Franklin and these people. Ben Franklin is not the cheapest game in town but they're are excellent.
