He diagnosed the problem immediately, sat down and gave us clear options, and was able to replace our water heater all in a matter of five hours from the time I called their office for help, until the job was done. Our service technician Pablo Cabrera was great! Super helpful and informative about the state of our plumbing. Was thoughtful during his inspection, wearing shoe covers and asking if it is ok to inspect the plumbing. He was honest and showed the status of everything he found. We’d gladly have him back again.
The pool line siphon was leaking, so had the old mess replaced with this steampunk creation. Jose completed the work quickly and with excellent quality. Cannot complain. They are quite pricey though.
