I’ve used HR Silicon Valley Plumbing before and was happy with their work and have recommend them to friends.I used their website on a Saturday and received a call back within a few minutes and was able to schedule an appointment in a time frame I needed.Adrian kept me informed of his arrival time.They arrived in a company vehicle that was clean and professional looking.Both Adrian and Isaac wore shoe covers while in my house.The job was completed in a timely fashion and they both made sure the area that they were working was cleaned up and the project was working properly.Their next job was at my friend’s house who I’d recommended that they use HR Silicon Valley...read full review
After communicating with a representative with my project needs I was offered a couple of options to consider. Time well spent. I'm still in the process of evaluating, too early to finalize.
The job was to scope out the sewer line and provide a quote to repair and also provide another quote for an ADU. I was very impressed with them regarding their quality of work and technical knowledge of the building code. I am a DIY guy and I know what is the cost of a repair. I believe their quote was about 30% too high so I went with another company that was in the range of what I think is a reasonable profit.
