Manny Diaz came out on time to troubleshoot our air conditioning unit. He quickly isolated the problem to a seized motor. Our Carrier air-conditioning unit was very old, but Manny and Trina will be trying to find a replacement motor for it.
I highly recommend A & H Heating. I've done business with them for many years, they installed my AC and then replaced my furnace when it broke. Both have worked well for 15 years. Thanks to Trina the manager, communication in terms of appointments, getting quotes, invoices and receipts is efficient and seamless. Estimates are fair. I recently consulted them about a noisy AC, they deterred me from buying a new AC and advised adding a sound blanket which did the trick and saved me thousands of $$$. Finally, they just repaired my old furnace, had the parts rushed so that the job could be done quickly and everyone from Manual Dias the owner to Jerry and Fabian the friendly technicians made it an unusually pleasant experience. I appreciate their business practices and how they have treated me as a person and as a customer.
