Called in and Rosemary was so friendly and helpful, got me set up with an appointment right away and kept me posted so I wasn't stuck waiting around all day. Aaron was employee that arrived at my house to checked out my AC/Heater.Found out it was just the thermostat. He replaced and even cleaned out the cabinet with my heater in it. It was filled with insulation and I never opened that cabinet.Rosemary is who I first spoke to and she was very nice and professional.
