“In this very painful and difficult time White Emerson made the process easy, they were compassionate every step of the way. I called other places and they could not accommodate dates or our wishes and did not try to go above and beyond .
Initially I spoke to Jason who was very helpful, arranged everything that day, made an appointment right away for our family to finalize arrangements. “I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I honestly wasn't expecting much. I was blown away by how kind, professional and organized they are. My dad passed away in San Antonio , Texas and my family wanted to have his funeral out here. Monica was amazing and on top of everything. The process took a little longer because he had to be flown out on an airplane and only certain airplanes do that. Monica went over and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. She was constantly reaching out to me to let me know when he got to the airport, was flown out, and when they picked him up. She was amazing. Extremely professional and organized. Like I said I was not expecting much but everyone I dealt with there was kind and professional. The prices are great too. I have already mentioned this place to friends and family. I am very satisfied with how they handled everything. The only problem I encountered was our fault. They said we could use the place til 1pm because the next family would be coming in at 2pm. We ended the service at 1pm but my family didn't want to leave so I kinda told them we have to. Short story if they tell you another family is coming in at 2 then you might want to end at 12. But that was my fault not the mortuaries. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this place and the service they provided. I definitely recommend it.“
