Optima handled my grandmother’s funeral service. Hugo and the staff were (are) compassionate, empathetic, and respectful through the entire planning process. They (Hugo, Austin, Camila) went above and beyond with their top notch service and attention to details. To say they provided excellence is an understatement. My grandma had over 20 flower arrangements & about 130 vehicles in the procession to the cemetery. Every arrangement & every person made it to the cemetery without incident. We could not have been more blessed to work with Optima Funeral Home during such a difficult time in our lives. There is no shortage of support, compassion, and empathy from Hugo and his team. They were always available to answer every call, kept us informed along every step of the process, and opened their doors and hearts to our situation. We had a tight timeline and we are so grateful Hugo was able to help us. The passion and care Hugo has for his work and for his clients is apparent from the first meeting.Thank you Optima for being a light during a dark period. My family and I were very pleased with the services provided by Optima Funeral Home for my father's funeral. I want to thank Blanca, Hugo, and Hostin for their outstanding job, kindness, and professionalism. Blanca was very helpful, caring, and empathetic during a very difficult time. Blanca and Hugo made all of our wishes possible while arranging my father's funeral services.
