I got highlights and a cut with Kara and she was so amazing!! She took time during the consultation to look through the pictures of the exact cut and color I wanted and then through the process to check in with me to ensure it was what I wanted. I have naturally black hair which is sometimes challenging for color but she worked carefully to get beautiful results that looked exactly like the inspo photos! I will definitely be coming back !
I’ve been to zip zap a handful of times so far and every time I leave there feeling fine and fancy. Shah is my favorite hair stylist ever because he’s friendly, fun and always uses the best products. I know I can count on him to listen to the hair woes I’ve had and he will do everything to fix them with style and grace.
Emily at Zip Zap has worked with me to get the vintage horseshoe cut I want that sets perfectly with pin curls. I followed her from B Parlor where she was before. I am also in a wheelchair and disabled and she is very helpful and accommodating for me in ways a lot of people just aren't sensitive to. She has been so helpful and kind and is always very professional. My only complain about Zip Zap is that the bathroom is tricky for a wheelchair user (barely fits, and if you need to slide to transfer its a no-go (you have to park in front of the toliet and flip around past the sink).
