We had noticed some dry rot on the exterior of our house. Sergey responded quickly to the request for an estimate, came to investigate, identified the work to be done, and gave a very reasonable estimated price.He sent a crew quickly before several days of expected rain to do some waterproofing work on the roof to avoid further water damage. Once the rain had passed, he sent his crew back out to repair the damaged areas and repaint. The repairs look great, and the final cost was only a little above the original estimate due to some unexpected work on one of our windows.

This is the second time I have worked with Sergey, and he came through for me again! He was able to finalize the building permits I needed in order to condo convert a 2-unit building. His team repaired and strengthened an exterior staircase and remodeled a bathroom that had been done poorly and not to code by another contractor. The quality of the finished work was great!
