OWNER AND SON ARE COMPLETELY LAZY WITH VERY BAD MANNERS. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND LACK OF RESPECT TO LOYAL COSTUMERS. FURTHERMORE, OWNER AND SON ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND INCOMPETENT, INCOHERENT. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK WITH VERY DIRTY HOUSEKEEPING!!!
Unfortunately, the plumber who came didn't really seem to know how to put in a kitchen faucet, and when he was finished, I was inspecting and attempted to swivel the faucet from left to right (it's the type of faucet with a pull out nozzel, but the base is supposed to swivel - a Pfister Bixby F-538-5LCS if you're interested), and he said "No! Don't move it! You're not supposed to move it!" and I said "huh? yes you are!" We argued for a bit, and then finally I said "Okay" and he went to his van to get the invoice. While he was gone, I immediately called Pfister and spoke to a rep who assured me that model is supposed to swivel. When the plumber came back, I gave him the phone to talk to the guy from Pfister. They spoke for a few minutes, and the plumber looked at the sink, said "uh-huh" a few times and then hung up. He then went back under the sink, fiddled around, and then tried to convince me that it wasn't a swiveling sink. We argued for about 10 minutes and I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with him, so I paid him and let him go. He did install it, and later, I futzed around with it and seems to swivel okay, but not great. I wouldn't use these guys again.
