Dr. Chan was great with my bunny and clearly explained what had been going on with him since his eye would not stop leaking. The exam and procedure were fast and easy. Would recommend her to any other bun parents!!

the only vet in the city that i found that offers small rodent care. my hamster had a swollen eye which was getting worse and i’m so glad i was able to make an appointment. the vet was very kind and knowledgeable, and prescribed medicated eye drops that got my hammy back to his old self!
really appreciate the suggestions she made for his enclosure to help prevent the infection from returning as well
overall outstanding, fairly priced experience, would recommend to all small rodent pet owners

Dr. Chan is good and attentive to my pets. She’s been my numerous pets’ go-to vet since 8 years ago when she was at Balboa Pet Hospital. She knows how to interact with dogs of different temperaments with confidence. I took two stars off because the products (both prescribed monthly preventive pills or non-prescriptive ear flush) are very expensive with a huge price jack-up. For instance the ear flush was only $42 on Amazon and they charged me $72+! Unfortunately my husband bought it from this vet clinic without knowing that we’ve already had a new bottle at home.
