Clients have noted that while it can take some time to be seen for non-urgent appointments, such as the first new client visit and annual exams, their pets are usually seen quickly for any urgent needs. The hospital has adapted to safety measures, allowing clients to wait inside and accompany their pets during appointments. Many have praised the vets for their kindness and honest assessments, while the front desk staff is often described as helpful. Although some reviews mention varying levels of warmth among staff, it is acknowledged that the busy environment may contribute to this perception.

Avenues Pet Hospital is particularly recommended for bulldog owners, as they have a strong reputation for caring for this breed. One client shared their positive experiences with both an older bulldog and a new French bulldog, emphasizing the hospital's expertise in handling bully breeds and the quality of care received during surgeries. Additionally, clients suggest checking for more affordable medication options through pharmacies like Chewy or Costco, which the hospital is willing to accommodate. Overall, Avenues Pet Hospital continues to be a trusted choice for pet owners seeking quality veterinary care.
