Raven Pilates is a gem! It is a beautifully appointed studio in a quaint section of Polk street. The studio occupies a large space with high ceilings and every single corner has been so thoughtfully designed. The equipment is state of the art and best of all Patti teaches there and you will not find a better teacher anywhere else! My body transforms any time I study with her!
Wow, I'm amazed that it took only 1 session to open up my lower back/spine to remove the strain I was experiencing for a month +. If you sit too much during the day, don't forget to put in some care for your lower back. This class works wonders!
I’ve been going to Patti’s class on Wednesdays for about 6 weeks now and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The studio itself is bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. Patti is a wonderful instructor; I’ve felt such a difference in my body just from attending once a week!
