Virginia is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She is attentive to her client's individual needs and has a vast amount of knowledge to share. I am so grateful to her for continuing to power through on Zoom and create a mat class that is accessible for everyone!

Virginia offers a variety of Personal Training sessions as well as Pilates mat and equipment individual sessions and group classes to suit every population. She also offers BootyBarre and strength training classes. Y
